Brashear hosted Marceline for a baseball game Monday at North Park. Brashears offense struck first with a pair of runs in the bottom of the 1st and 3 more in the 2nd. Marceline scored 3 in the 5th, but it wasn't enough as Brashear picked up a 7-3 win. John Higgins had 3 hits for Brashear, Cole Erwin had a double and a single, with Carson Erwin, Jack Reeves, Drew Magruder, Jake Holcomb, and Riley Whitlow also having hits. Jack Reeves got the start for Brashear with Drew Magruder, Carson Erwin and Rhett Whitlow pitching in relief.
